SCHOOL FEES FROM SEPTEMBER 2011

 

Reception – Year 2:                                                                       £1270 per term

(Reception - Early Years funding is provided up to the end of the term in which your child turns 5 – and this will be deducted from the termly fee)

 

Year 3 and 4:                                                                                   £1380 per term

 

Year 5 and 6:                                                                                   £1490 per term

 

After School Supervision : After school supervision is available until 5.30 pm @ £2.50 per half hour or part thereof (payable termly in arrears).

 

Administration  fee:           £45

(payable with registration form)

 

Extra lessons, if required, can be arranged for the following:

      Piano                               £11 per half hour

      Singing                            £11 per half hour                         

      Violin                                £12 per half hour

      Brass                                £5 per half hour (group lesson)

      Speech and Drama:      £68 per term 

      Special Needs:               £11.50 per half hour

 

Half a terms notice in writing is required to discontinue the above lessons or half a terms fees in lieu of notice.

 

Insurance:                            Personal accident is included in the termly fee - (all children in the school are covered). School Fees Protection is optional. Please ask for a leaflet.  This insurance protects against absence through sickness or injury.

 

Monthly Fees Scheme:     The school is a member of Holmwoods Term Time Credit Plan which allows parents to pay fees monthly. A leaflet will be provided on request or use www.htcschoolfees.com

 

Refund of Fees:                 No refund of fees is made due to closure of the school because of inclement weather or outbreak of contagious disease.  A refund due to absence through sickness is only made if a pupil is covered by the School Fees Protection Scheme.
