HELP! HELP! HELP!

With only a few weeks to go before this year’s summer fayre we urgently need your help.

1                     Can you help put up stalls in the morning 9.30am–12 noon?

2                   Can you help on a stall in the afternoon?

3                   Can you serve teas/coffees for an hour?

4                   Can you make/donate a cake for the cake stall?

5                   Can you help pack up at the end of the afternoon 4-5pm?

6

Please don’t leave it all to the PTA members and staff.  Even just an hour of your time would be appreciated.

DONATIONS

1                     Toys/books/games/puzzles/DVD’s.  This is always a popular stall- but we do need things to sell!  HAVE A SORT OUT AT HALF-TERM.

2                   Can you/your company donate a raffle prize?

ADVERTISING IN FETE PROGRAMME

Advertising is available in the programme at £20 full page and £12 half page.  Please send advertisements to the school office as soon as possible.

RAFFLE TICKETS

Raffle tickets for the fayre will be coming home this week.  Please return all monies to the school by Monday 6th June.  Extra tickets can be collected from the school office.

DECORATE A PIRATE PICTURE FOR THE BOTTLE STALL (TEMPLATE ATTACHED)

Our theme this year is “Pirates” so our bottle competition is to decorate a pirate picture (in any way you like).  When finished please attach to a bottle (squash, ketchup or better still wine!).  REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR NAME AND CLASS ON THE BACK.

JAM JAR TOMBOLA

Please encourage your child to fill one or more jam jars with sweets/toys/stickers etc and bring into school by Thursday 9th June.  At the fayre children can purchase a jam jar at the stall.

In previous years this stall sold out very quickly so if you can manage to do more than one jar it would be great.

PIRATE THEMED FANCY DRESS COMPETITION

This will be judged in four groups: Nursery and Reception, Classes 1 & 2, Classes 3 & 4, Classes 5 & 6.

Please make every effort to support our summer fayre.  We have lots of exciting things organised but WE DO NEED YOU ALL THERE TO MAKE IT A SUCCESS!!

TROPHIES

There are still quite a few trophies not returned to school from last year’s prizegiving.  Please bring them in to school as soon as possible.
